Hello!
I'm Dana Mae Westerhoff, a Berlin-based designer studying Textile- and Material-Design at Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin. I work at the intersection of industrial waste, research, and the built environment — approaching materials not as aesthetic choices but as systemic questions, asking what they carry, what they cost, and what they could become.
I'm drawn to the friction between industrial reality and sustainable ambition, and I believe the most honest design work happens precisely in that gap.
